Burns Bright Homeschool Haven is a community-focused resource center dedicated to supporting homeschooling families in Palo Pinto County and surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of resources, including a borrowing library, classroom space, research library, computers, and more. Our mission is to create a supportive and connected environment where homeschool families can thrive. We also provide classes, workshops, and events designed to enrich the homeschooling experience. At Burns Bright Homeschool Haven, we believe in fostering a sense of community and helping each family reach their educational goals.
Is Burns Bright Homeschool Haven a school or co-op?
No, Burns Bright Homeschool Haven is not a school or co-op. We are a dedicated resource center serving Palo Pinto County and the surrounding areas. While we’re not a traditional school or co-op, we do offer classes for the homeschooling community, with discounts available for Bronze Bright and Gold Mind members. What is the “Binnovations Library” and how can I use it?
The “Binnovations Library” is a unique feature of Burns Bright Homeschool Haven, offering a collection of educational materials and resources, including whiteboards, microscopes, games, puzzles, math and science bins, and many other innovative learning tools. It’s a place where creativity and innovation in education are encouraged.
How can I use it?
To use the Binnovations Library, simply become a member of Burns Bright Homeschool Haven. Members can check out materials to use at home, participate in hands-on learning activities, and access our collection to enhance their homeschooling journey. Whether you’re looking for specific resources to supplement your curriculum or seeking inspiration for new learning adventures, the Binnovations Library is here to support you.

Binnovations: $10/month per family
Bronze Bright: $30/month per family
Gold Mind: $100/month per family
Torchlight: $150/month per group
Summer Memberships:
$450/month per family

How are we helping and connecting with the community?
At Burns Bright Homeschool Haven, our mission is to create strong connections within the homeschooling community and between homeschoolers and the broader community. We provide a supportive space where homeschool families can meet, share resources, and collaborate. We also give back through our Families in Need Fund, where 10% of everything we earn goes to help families who need extra support. Additionally, for every 5 memberships sold, we gift a free Binnovations Library membership to a family in need, ensuring that everyone has access to our resources and community.
How does the classroom reservation system work?
Classroom Allotment (2 Hour Increments):
Bronze Bright: 4 Hours Per Month
Gold Mind: 8 Hours Per Month
Torchlight: 12 Hours Per Month
With your membership, you get access to our online reservation portal. Just choose your tier, subscribe and then book classroom time based on our availability and what your chosen tiers privileges.
Do we get discounts as members?
YES!
Bronze Bright, Gold Mind and Torchlight Memberships get priority access and relative discounts to classes, events, and field trips through The Haven.
Are there options for non-members?
Absolutely!
Non-Members:
Access to everything available through our Ala Carte’ options.
Access to classes, events and field trips.
Access to The Haven Hangouts and Parent’s Nights Out.
Are there options for public school families?
Yes! We welcome public school families. In addition to Haven Hangouts, we offer Parents’ Night Out, tutoring, and summer camps, all open to the community.
